There are 51 trained counselors working in the VCCTC. As per NACO,s suggestion we have identified M.S. University of Social work as nodal resource center for training, supervision and monitoring of VCCTC. A meeting was conducted in the month of June to develop the strategy for the monitoring and supervision of the VCCTC.

We have identified the GSNP+, a network for positive people as the nodal NGO for recruiting the counselors in their local VCCTC. We are also in the process of recruiting HIV positive person for the post of counselors wherever possible.
