Tridosha

Health is a state of equilibrium of three Dosha (vital energy form), Seven Dhatu (Basic tissues element) and Mala (excretory material). Lopsided lifestyle causes imbalance of equilibrium and weaken state of immunity, which make our body vulnerable for any microbial attack. By following daily regime like Aaharvidhi, Dincharya, Rutucharya, Sadvritta etc one can keep the equilibrium (health) without any medication. Thus keep healthy people healthy is more fruitful clue rather than let first arise the disease and then one should effort to cure the ailment.

Panchamahabhuta

Depending upon the ‘diversity of proportion’ gives infinite number of element either invented or non-invented. Any creatures finally dissolve in each component at the time of passing.

Prakriti

Each body is composed of Panchamahabhuta but the qualitative and quantitative ratio of Mahabhutik amalgamation is different in each individual in the universe. So each personality has unique bio identity like finger print. After knowing the prakriti one can prevent his/her body from disease and can treat easily
