There are 12 Homoeopathy Medical colleges duly
attached with fully functioning hospitals. Here bed-side
clinical duties are taught to the students and
simultaneously health services are provided to the people at
indoor as well as at outdoor levels. Moreover, 34
Homoeopathy dispensaries are providing treatment through
Homoeopathy in rural , tribal and coastal areas, where the
patients suffering from seemingly incurable diseases are
treated with all. compassion and kindness. In 1999-2000 182
new Homoeopathy units have also been sanctioned for the
constituency of each Member of Legislative Assembly, where,
at present, it is decided by the Govt. to appoint a
Homoeopath at such units on Honorary basis at fixed
honorarium of Rs. 2000/- p.m . The details are as follows:-
