Where any change in the constitution of the firm takes place, the current licences shall be deemed to be valid for a maximum period of three months from the date on which the change takes place unless, in the meantime, fresh licences have been taken from the Licensing Authority in the name of the firm with the changed constitution.

The following can be treated as change in constitution:-
(a) Properiotionship to Partnership
(b) Partnership to Properiotorship
(c) Change in partners including death.
(d) Progeritonship or Partnership to Pvt. Ltd. Company & vice verse.
(e) Pvt. Ltd. companies to Public Limited company & vice versa.
In event of
Any such change in constitution of firm, it is compulsory to apply for a fresh lic. Within 3 months of date of change.
If anybody fails to apply for fresh lic. For change in constitution, the license automatically become invalid & cancelled.
