The powers to grant the wholesale/retail licences are entrusted with the Assistant Commissioners in the Circle Offices. The basic requirements for obtaining loan licences – meant for running a Medical store or obtaining a manufacturing licences – they should submit their application in prescribed forms alongwith the requisite fees under the correct head of account.   The application should accompany the following documents:

1. Applications in prescribed form duly filled in and signed.

2. Challan as prescribed under the correct head of account.

3. Plan of the premises under which they intend to obtain the licence.

4. Copy of Degree Certificate, consent letter, appointment letter of Competent person.
